Para alcan\u00e7ar alguns requisitos, a empresa passa pelo cumprimento dos requisitos legais no processo de licenciamento ambiental e na renova\u00e7\u00e3o de sua licen\u00e7a de opera\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O grande desafio nessa etapa s\u00e3o os custos dos investimentos necess\u00e1rios para atender \u00e0s exig\u00eancias t\u00e9cnicas requeridas pelo \u00f3rg\u00e3o ambiental respons\u00e1vel e as taxas dos \u00f3rg\u00e3os ambientais.
