Isso inclui tamb\u00e9m as <strong data-start=\"1137\" data-end=\"1175\">instala\u00e7\u00f5es el\u00e9tricas, hidr\u00e1ulicas<\/strong> e <strong data-start=\"1178\" data-end=\"1214\">eventuais equipamentos mec\u00e2nicos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1217\" data-end=\"1253\">Este documento \u00e9 indispens\u00e1vel para:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1254\" data-end=\"1440\">\n<li data-start=\"1254\" data-end=\"1280\">\n<p data-start=\"1256\" data-end=\"1280\">Alvar\u00e1 de funcionamento;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1281\" data-end=\"1307\">\n<p data-start=\"1283\" data-end=\"1307\">Regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o de im\u00f3vel;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1308\" data-end=\"1347\">\n<p data-start=\"1310\" data-end=\"1347\">Licenciamento ambiental ou sanit\u00e1rio;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1348\" data-end=\"1391\">\n<p data-start=\"1350\" data-end=\"1391\">Atendimento a notifica\u00e7\u00f5es da Prefeitura;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1392\" data-end=\"1440\">\n<p data-start=\"1394\" data-end=\"1440\">Processos de habite-se e parcelamento do solo.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"1442\" data-end=\"1515\">O que deve constar no laudo de estabilidade e seguran\u00e7a da edifica\u00e7\u00e3o?<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1517\" data-end=\"1846\">A ART ou RRT deve cobrir <strong data-start=\"1542\" data-end=\"1578\">toda a \u00e1rea constru\u00edda do im\u00f3vel<\/strong>, e n\u00e3o apenas o espa\u00e7o a ser utilizado.
