Andr\u00e9<\/strong> para empreendimentos que gerem <strong data-start=\"620\" data-end=\"668\">impactos significativos na circula\u00e7\u00e3o vi\u00e1ria<\/strong>, como condom\u00ednios, centros comerciais, hospitais, escolas e supermercados.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"747\" data-end=\"1006\">A <strong data-start=\"749\" data-end=\"766\">GNR Ambiental<\/strong> elabora o <strong data-start=\"777\" data-end=\"799\">RIT em Santo Andr\u00e9<\/strong> conforme o <strong data-start=\"811\" data-end=\"877\">Roteiro Oficial do Departamento de Engenharia de Tr\u00e1fego (DET)<\/strong>, atendendo \u00e0s diretrizes do <strong data-start=\"906\" data-end=\"918\">DENATRAN<\/strong> e \u00e0s exig\u00eancias locais de an\u00e1lise de tr\u00e1fego, acessibilidade e mitiga\u00e7\u00e3o de impactos.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1008\" data-end=\"1011\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"1013\" data-end=\"1033\"><strong data-start=\"1016\" data-end=\"1033\">O que \u00e9 o RIT<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1035\" data-end=\"1421\">O <strong data-start=\"1037\" data-end=\"1044\">RIT<\/strong> tem como objetivo <strong data-start=\"1063\" data-end=\"1122\">avaliar, quantificar e delimitar o alcance dos impactos<\/strong> que um novo empreendimento pode causar no sistema vi\u00e1rio da cidade<button class=\"ms-1 flex h-[25px] text-[10px] leading-[13px] rounded-xl items-center data-start=\"1423\" data-end=\"1526\">Conforme o <strong data-start=\"1434\" data-end=\"1474\">roteiro da Prefeitura de Santo Andr\u00e9<\/strong>, o relat\u00f3rio deve contemplar as seguintes se\u00e7\u00f5es:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1528\" data-end=\"2071\">\n<li data-start=\"1528\" data-end=\"1636\">\n<p data-start=\"1530\" data-end=\"1636\"><strong data-start=\"1530\" data-end=\"1566\">Caracteriza\u00e7\u00e3o do empreendimento<\/strong> (endere\u00e7o, uso, \u00e1rea constru\u00edda, vagas, hor\u00e1rios de funcionamento);<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1637\" data-end=\"1755\">\n<p data-start=\"1639\" data-end=\"1755\"><strong data-start=\"1639\" data-end=\"1697\">Caracteriza\u00e7\u00e3o da \u00e1rea de influ\u00eancia direta e indireta<\/strong> (AID e AII), com mapas, fluxos de ve\u00edculos e pedestres;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1756\" data-end=\"1840\">\n<p data-start=\"1758\" data-end=\"1840\"><strong data-start=\"1758\" data-end=\"1799\">Contagem volum\u00e9trica nas intersec\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong> e identifica\u00e7\u00e3o das <strong data-start=\"1820\" data-end=\"1837\">horas de pico<\/strong>;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li classificados como <strong data-start=\"2243\" data-end=\"2273\">Polos Geradores de Tr\u00e1fego<\/strong>, conforme legisla\u00e7\u00e3o municipal e orienta\u00e7\u00f5es do <strong data-start=\"2322\" data-end=\"2334\">DENATRAN<\/strong>.<br data-start=\"2335\" data-end=\"2338\" \/>Entre os exemplos mais comuns est\u00e3o:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2378\" data-end=\"2601\">\n<li data-start=\"2378\" data-end=\"2437\">\n<p data-start=\"2380\" data-end=\"2437\">Condom\u00ednios residenciais com grande n\u00famero de unidades;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2438\" data-end=\"2499\">\n<p data-start=\"2440\" data-end=\"2499\">Galp\u00f5es log\u00edsticos, ind\u00fastrias e centros de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2500\" data-end=\"2548\">\n<p data-start=\"2502\" data-end=\"2548\">Supermercados, shopping centers e hospitais;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2549\" data-end=\"2601\">\n<p data-start=\"2551\" data-end=\"2601\">Escolas, universidades e edif\u00edcios corporativos.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"2603\" data-end=\"2606\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"2608\" data-end=\"2657\"><strong
